Neely Brothers Construction and Plumbing handles residential and commercial plumbing, from emergency repairs and leak detection to water heater installation, re-piping and renovation work. The company also takes on septic tank repair and well pump installation and repair, and it holds licenses in both South Carolina and North Carolina.

The team is run by a husband-and-wife pair, Zandra and Rod Neely, and the company has been operating since 2009. Crews serve Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Indian Land, Lancaster and Chester County, plus York and Lancaster counties more broadly. Regular hours are weekday mornings and afternoons with a half day on Saturday and Sundays closed, but emergency plumbing calls are answered around the clock. The shop is on Holland Road in Rock Hill.
