Cline Builders

Cline Builders is a family-owned residential home builder based in Shelby, NC, serving customers across North Carolina and South Carolina. The company works with clients who are building on their own lot, and can work from a client's existing house plans or recommend plans based on the family's needs. Changes to a plan are accepted during the build.

The process starts with a consultation and covers clearing the lot through completion, with a project manager guiding the work. Two general contractors, Kyle Elliott and Jason Gold, bring over 35 years of combined home building experience between them. The company also lists bathroom, kitchen, outdoor living and living space projects on its site, and it can be reached at its Shelby office on East Dixon Boulevard.
