Granite State Monuments

Granite State Monuments makes and engraves granite memorials, including upright and slanted monuments, flat markers, columbarium and mausoleum pieces, and custom shapes. The company also offers onsite cemetery engraving and cleaning or restoration for stones it installed or other monuments.

The process starts with a design consultation, followed by drawings or proofs for names, dates and lettering, then stone ordering, engraving and installation coordinated with the cemetery. Many cemeteries handle installation themselves. Families can meet at the office at 57 Summer Street in Rochester, NH, or book through the site. The business describes itself as locally owned and operated.
