Amy Elizabeth Designs

Amy Elizabeth Designs is a luxury interior design and design-build studio focused on custom homes, estate renovations, whole-home remodels and commercial interiors. The firm handles concept development, construction documentation, procurement, installation and final styling, and it also directs the selecting, ordering and delivery of furniture, art and decor for clients. Its founder, Amy TerMarsch, has nearly two decades of design experience.

The studio works with homeowners, executives, architects, builders, developers and investors, and it also advises on large-scale community development projects. Most clients come through referrals and repeat business. Projects are scoped through a discovery call that you can schedule through the studio's website. The studio is based in Rochester, in Oakland County, and it serves nearby communities including Troy, Birmingham and Bloomfield Hills, with work extending to other states.
