Blooming Balloons

Blooming Balloons designs balloon displays for corporate events, weddings, birthdays, baby showers and graduations. Services include balloon arches, garlands, backdrops, balloon bouquets and rentals, with design, planning, installation and cleanup handled together.

The founder, Whendy, handles the inquiry process directly and often installs the displays herself. Clients fill out a quote request through the website or call to discuss their event. The business serves the Tampa Bay area and surrounding areas, and it has been operating since 2019.
