The Nation

The Nation is a fitness center in Rising Sun that focuses on personal training, nutrition coaching and body transformation programs. Trainers write customized workout programs and meal plans, and drop-in sessions and 30 or 60 minute equipment tutorials are available for people who want to learn the machines before committing. A protein and performance shop sells energy drinks, protein snacks, supplements and apparel, and it is open to people who are not members.

The gym is staffed from 7 AM to 7 PM every day and members get 24/7 access with a key fob, which can be picked up during staffed hours. Day passes and gift certificates are sold in person. The gym is in the Rising Sun Town Center, where parking is plentiful, and it shares the shopping center with a grocery store, a dollar store, a pizza shop and a farm supply store.
