Miso Hungry

Miso Curry serves slow-simmered Japanese-style curry over short grain rice, made with local vegetables and a traditional blend of Japanese spice. Toppings include crispy katsu pork loin, shiitake tofu, and veggie croquettes, served with pickled vegetables, miso soup, wakame salad, and edamame.

The shop is inside Timberline Lodge at Bolton Valley Resort, which suits skiers and riders looking for a warm meal after a day on the mountain. It is closed for the season and expected to reopen in November. The team also gives away free bowls of curry at local events, fundraisers, and neighborhood gatherings, and gift cards are available.
