N.W. Martin Roofing

N.W. Martin Roofing is a commercial, industrial and residential roofing contractor serving Richmond and Central Virginia. It handles roof repair, roof replacement, new installation, inspections and preventive maintenance, working on flat and low-slope systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC and modified bitumen, as well as shingles, slate and metal roofing. The company is known for high-profile projects, including historical restorations, and has an in-house sheet metal shop that fabricates custom coping, flashing, gutters and downspouts.

The firm has been in business since 1906 and is a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association. It serves customers across a wide area, with a normal service radius of about 80 miles from Richmond, and offers emergency roof repairs by phone. The shop and office are on Saint James Street just north of downtown Richmond, and the sheet metal shop is open to customers, with a small retail material and salvage operation on site.
