mjDavidson Consulting

mjDavidson Consulting is a mechanical and plumbing engineering design firm run by Marjorie Davidson, a licensed professional engineer with decades of experience in commercial and institutional HVAC design. Its work includes permit plans for pricing and construction, building investigations, tenant remodeling, due diligence studies, LEED certification support, energy analysis and commissioning services. Recent projects cover restaurants, hotels, schools, museums and office renovations, often as part of design-build teams with contractors and equipment firms.

Clients are mostly building owners, facility managers and developers in the Richmond area and across Virginia. Marjorie often works independently and also teams with other independent engineering firms to deliver complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing design. The office is at Grand Oaks Drive in Richmond, and the firm takes calls and emails about new projects.
