KultureVA

KultureVA sells glass pipes, water pipes, dab rigs, vaporizers, grinders and ash catchers, plus its own Kulture-brand grinders, beakers and pen batteries. The shop has been supplying the Richmond area since 1999 and carries a wide range of glass from many brands.

Customers must be 21 or older to shop. KultureVA has several Richmond-area stores, including Shockroe Bottom, the West Cary Street area near VCU, Midlothian and Glen Allen, and the stores are open on Sunday afternoons as well. Orders placed online can be picked up in store, usually within 24 hours, and some sale items can be delivered.
