Kelleher HVAC

Kelleher is a family-owned company in Richmond that started in 1968 as a heating oil delivery service and later added heating and cooling, electrical, and plumbing work. It is an authorized Trane and Mitsubishi Electric dealer, and its NATE-certified technicians install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling equipment of all makes and models. Heating oil delivery and oil furnace service remain a core part of the business.

Customers can request service through the website or call the office, though the online form is not monitored for emergencies, so urgent problems should go straight to the phone line. Kelleher also installs and services whole-home standby generators and offers preventive maintenance plans with annual inspections and priority scheduling. Its trucks serve Richmond and surrounding counties including Henrico, Chesterfield, and Hanover, and the office is on School Street in Richmond.
