Flagstop Car Wash

Flagstop Car Wash runs express drive-through washes across Central Virginia, with more than 30 locations around Richmond. Its automated tunnel uses soft foam and wash chemistry the company says is gentle on paint, and every visit includes free self-service vacuums, compressed air, towels, glass cleaner and tire shine. The business was founded in Richmond in 1981 and is now run by a group of local investors.

Unlimited Wash Club members pay one monthly fee to wash as often as they like at any location, with the license plate serving as the membership card and no contracts required. Guests can also buy gift cards and earn WashPoints through the Flagstop app. Hours change with the season and close on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, while the North Chesterfield and Chester locations offer 24-hour in-bay washing. Fleet accounts and nonprofit fundraising vouchers are also available.
