Festival Flags

Festival Flags has made colorful flags and banners in Richmond, Virginia, since 1971. The Wall Street Journal has credited the company with originating the decorative flag idea. Its catalog runs from seasonal designs for spring, summer, autumn and winter to holiday flags for occasions like Halloween, Easter and Mardi Gras, along with US, state, county and city, historical and faith flags.

Custom flags can be designed for a business, school, church or civic group for any occasion, with the work handled by the shop's own designers. The flags are made in the USA, and individual designs are listed on the website for ordering online. Visitors can also call or email the shop with questions about a design.
