Dransfield Jewelers

Dransfield Jewelers makes custom jewelry, including engagement rings and modern heirloom makeovers, with a team of jewelers, goldsmiths and gemologists. The shop also carries ready-to-wear pieces, in-house designs, work from a small group of studio jewelers, and hand-selected estate jewelry, with each estate piece inspected for condition and authenticity.

Repairs, resizing and gemstone replacements are done in-house, so a piece never leaves the shop. You can bring in a damaged item and speak directly with a jeweler about how to approach the repair and what it might cost. Gold and platinum are bought by the gram, and trade-ins are credited at 1.5 times scrap value toward a new or custom piece. The store is on East Cary Street in Richmond, and parking is validated at the 14th and Cary Street deck if you bring your ticket inside.
