Cite Design

Cite Design is a landscape architecture and urban planning firm that designs public and private outdoor spaces. Its work runs from landscape architecture, including garden design, green roofs, lighting and parks, to planning and urban design, such as campus planning, rezoning, trail planning and streetscape design.

The firm is a team of landscape architects, planners and urban designers based at 310 North Adams Street in Richmond, Virginia. Clients include public agencies and private developers, and its featured recent project is Parc View at Commonwealth, a 509-bed student apartment tower near VCU. Most work is handled through a project team that starts with early research into each site and stays involved through implementation.
