Capel Rugs

Capel Rugs is a rug retailer whose Richmond store carries a wide selection of area rugs, from designer looks and contemporary styles to casual classics, indoor/outdoor rugs and custom rugs. The company describes itself as a direct importer and manufacturer, and the store runs sales on rugs and furnishings, with clearance items marked down further.

Rugs are hung on swinging arm racks so customers can browse easily, and staff will help when you are ready. The store offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on rug purchases. It is located on Deep Rock Road in Richmond, and the store is open Monday through Saturday with Sunday closed.
