Fun & Fitness Gymnastics

Fun & Fitness Gymnastics teaches gymnastics, tumbling and Ninja Force, a program that combines parkour-style freestyle, obstacle challenges and gymnastics. Classes run from preschool Pre-K gymnastics for children as young as 18 months through teens, with recreational beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, plus USA Gymnastics developmental and Xcel competitive teams.

The gym is owned by former competitive gymnasts Hideo and Kellie Mizoguchi, and it offers a free trial class for new students. Parties, camps, clinics and Friday night open gym sessions are also on the schedule. The gym serves families in Katy, Richmond and Fulshear from its location on Canyon Fields Drive in Richmond.
