Shaddock Custom

Shaddock Custom is a custom home builder and developer serving the Dallas area, carrying on a family tradition of home building that began over 60 years ago. The company builds custom homes on clients' own lots, in planned communities such as Fields in Frisco, and sells finished homes and available lots across Dallas, Frisco, Richardson, Prosper and surrounding DFW areas. Its published project list includes the Liberty, Canyon Creek, Sutton, Pebblebrook and Palermo series.

The builder says it guides clients through each step of the process, from planning to permitting, and will work with plans from an outside architect. Projects typically take 10 to 14 months, and pricing depends on the series chosen. Todd Shaddock handles clients south of George Bush Turnpike, and Ashley Hedges handles those to the north. The office is in downtown Richardson.
