Regionelle Med Spa is a medical aesthetics practice that offers injectables, facials, chemical peels, skin resurfacing, and laser and collagen treatments. It was created as an extension of a board-certified plastic surgery practice, so treatments are planned around each patient's anatomy and goals rather than trends. Services include wrinkle smoothing, facial balancing, acne treatment, pigment and redness work, undereye rejuvenation, hair removal, and ellacor, an FDA-cleared procedure for loose skin on the face and body.

New patients start with a consultation to talk through goals and options before any treatment is recommended, and treatment plans are often staged over time with no subscription required. Tabbi Milligan, a nurse, sees patients at both locations, and Shannon Chang, a licensed esthetician, sees patients in Richardson. The Richardson office is on President George Bush Highway in Richardson, with a second location in Rockwall.
