Prestonwood Pregnancy Center

Prestonwood Pregnancy Center is a nonprofit that has offered confidential support to women in the Dallas Fort Worth area since 1991. Its licensed medical staff provide free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds with same-day results, and trained staff offer guidance on pregnancy options. The center also provides STD and STI testing and treatment, along with in-person and online classes.

No insurance is needed and no fees are collected. Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and clients are served regardless of religion, gender, or sexual orientation. Ultrasounds are performed by registered sonographers and reviewed by doctors. The main office is on West Campbell Road in Richardson, with additional locations in Southwest Dallas and Fort Worth and a mobile clinic in Mesquite.
