L&S Mechanical

L&S Mechanical is a Texas contractor that handles air conditioning, heating, plumbing and electrical work, with a focus on new home construction and builder projects. The company says it has more than 30 years of experience installing and servicing these systems in over 100,000 Texas homes, and it began as a Dallas-based plumbing contractor in 1985. Its Tri-Trade Solution bundles all four trades under one company, so a homeowner or builder can schedule everything through a single provider.

Service calls are handled by phone, and the company says technicians are background checked and trained on an ongoing basis. Its Richardson office serves as the home base for locations in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Austin, and it also offers preventive maintenance programs. The company states it offers a satisfaction guarantee.
