Hot pancakes

Hot Pancakes is a breakfast spot known for its pancakes, omelets and the Hot Pancakes Platter, which pairs two pancakes with eggs, hash browns, bacon and sausage. The menu runs well past breakfast, with burgers, sandwiches, salads, fried rice and seafood baskets, and breakfast is served all day.

Diners can order takeout or delivery through the website or app, and gift cards are sold online. The Richardson restaurant has a second location in Wylie. Parking is easy, the rewards program offers points toward free items, and both cash and card payments are accepted.
