Canvas Muscle Fitness + Nutrition

Canvas Muscle Fitness + Nutrition offers digitally delivered fitness programs with personalized workout plans and nutrition guides, built to fit around a busy schedule. Workouts are delivered through the Canvas app and adapt to whether someone has a full home gym or only a small space, with kettlebell-based routines among the options.

The program includes accountability and progress support, and the business works with InBody body composition testing to track results. Canvas also offers corporate fitness programs and works with InBody machines. The business is based at 777 North Grove Road in Richardson and describes itself as rooted in Dallas, serving clients beyond the local area.
