Realty Connect

Realty Connect is a membership network for licensed real estate agents who are stepping back from selling homes. For a yearly fee of $100, members keep their license active without paying MLS fees or Realtor dues, and they can earn referral fees by connecting friends and family with agents in other markets. A free 30-day boot camp covers referral strategies and scripts.

Referral fees are 30 percent of the referred commission, and agents keep 80 percent of that amount. Members also get weekly coaching and a 30-day money back guarantee if they do not make at least one referral in their first month. The company is based in Reston, Virginia, and is licensed in all 50 states.
