Reno Experience District

Reno Experience District, or RED, is a mixed-use neighborhood in Reno's MidTown that combines three luxury apartment communities with retail space and short- and long-term lodging. The apartments include Atwood, Basecamp and Emory, each with its own amenities such as heated resort-style pools, rooftop decks, bi-level fitness centers, a rock climbing wall and a yoga studio. Retailers on site include Hub Coffee Roasters and Heyday Barbershop & Social Club.

The district has two on-site hotels, the Element Hotel and Kasa Archive Reno-Tahoe, which offers extended stays. Tours of the apartments are scheduled by contacting the leasing office by phone. The leasing office is open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, and a two-acre public park hosts food trucks, pop-ups and farmers markets. Cinemark Century Park Lane 16 is a short walk away.
