Build-your-own poke bowls with Hawaiian flavors10490 North McCarran Boulevard, Reno, NV

Poke King is a fast-casual poke restaurant serving Hawaiian-style poke bowls with its own twist. Diners build a bowl by choosing a size, a base such as white or brown rice, mixed greens or wonton chips, up to two proteins including salmon, tuna, shrimp, octopus, tofu or hamachi, then sauces and toppings. Spicy options, crab salad and desserts like mochi ice cream and macarons are on the menu.
The company runs several locations in the Reno-Tahoe area and Las Vegas, and it says its Reno shop opened in 2017 as the first poke restaurant in the Reno-Tahoe area. The Northwest Reno location is at 10490 North McCarran Boulevard. Online ordering is available through the website, and the restaurant is open daily from late morning into the evening.
