Noetic Psychotherapy

Noetic Psychotherapy is a counseling practice in Reno led by clinical psychologists Anna Welsh and Erik Welsh, both with PhDs. The practice works with individuals, couples and families on depression and anxiety, trauma, stress management, addiction and recovery, and spiritually oriented depth psychotherapy. Its approach is relationship-based and combines insight with mindfulness techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Therapy usually begins with a conversation about what brought you in, after which the team chooses approaches suited to your goals. Sessions take place in the office or by video through a secure client portal, and both short-term and long-term work are offered.
