Kramer's Midtown

Kramer's Midtown is a 21-unit apartment community in a former motel, the historic El Dorado, that was rebuilt as a boutique property in Reno's MidTown district. Its studios have designer fixtures and can be rented fully or partially furnished on flexible leases. Shared amenities include a clubhouse with a pool table, an outdoor patio, a BBQ area, on-site laundry and designated parking.

Rent starts at $1,150 a month and covers utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry and parking, so there are no separate bills to set up. The move-in special is a $300 security deposit. Applications are completed online, and most get a decision within 48 hours. Showings are requested in advance on weekdays, and the leasing office aims to reply to messages within 24 hours. Pets are welcome, and restaurants, bars, shops and transit are within walking distance.
