Johnny's Ristorante

Johnny's Ristorante Italiano is a fine dining Italian restaurant that has been serving Reno since 1966, when founders Johnny and Mary Cassinari opened with a focus on traditional pastas, sauces and Italian cooking. Signature dishes include Parmesan Crusted Petrale Sole, Linguine with Shrimp & Asparagus in a Saffron Cream Sauce and Osso Buco, and the menu ends with house-made desserts such as the Florentine Cup. The wine list features selections from domestic and foreign vineyards.

The restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday evenings, and reservations are requested for dining rooms, lounge and bar seating, ideally made a day ahead by phone. Takeout orders are placed by calling the restaurant. There is also a sports bar for a more casual meal. Johnny's is on West 4th Street in Reno.
