Aces Tattoo

Aces Tattoo is a long-running tattoo shop in Reno that has been tattooing since 1995, starting on Wells Avenue before moving to Midtown in the early 2000s. The shop is known for custom tattoo work and a roster of artists with styles that range from black-and-grey realism and fine-line florals to traditional and neo-traditional American pieces, Japanese-style work and lettering.

Walk-ins are welcome, and Saturdays are set aside for them. Appointments need a $40 deposit, which can be arranged in person or by phone with a credit card for out-of-town clients. Piercings are offered as well. The shop is at 675 S. Virginia Street in Midtown, and people can bring references, placement ideas and approximate size when they come in to talk through a design.
