Hazelton Golf Club

Hazelton Golf Club in Rehoboth is a 6,740-yard, par 70 course restored to its original Geoffrey Cornish design on the former Sun Valley Country Club grounds. Players can choose nine or eighteen holes, walking or riding, and the renovated greens and tees suit golfers of all skill levels. The clubhouse restaurant serves appetizers, hand-made ravioli, burgers, and desserts baked in house by the pastry chef, along with coffee, smoothies, and a short drinks list.

The pro shop handles tee times, which start at 9 am daily in the early season before moving to regular golf course hours. Cart availability depends on the weather, so golfers are asked to call the pro shop before heading down to the course. Hazelton is about ten minutes from Providence and makes a practical stop for a round followed by a meal.
