Dr. Julia Graham

Coastal Family Chiropractic is a family chiropractic practice led by Dr. Julia Graham, a Doctor of Chiropractic who graduated from Life University in 2024 and holds postgraduate training in pediatric chiropractic, prenatal and postpartum care. She is a certified Webster and Brain Blossom doctor. The practice treats infants, children and adults, with a particular focus on pediatric and pregnancy-related care. Tania Pritz, who retired after 30 years in chiropractic practice, now manages the office and is a board certified IBCLC lactation consultant who helps new and expecting mothers with feeding.

New patients can start with a free discovery call. Appointments are needed for visits, and the office is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday by appointment. The ground-floor office sits at the corner of Coastal Highway and Bay Vista Road in the Bay Vista Business Park, minutes from downtown Rehoboth Beach. It has ample parking, a quiet room for nursing and a changing table with diaper supplies. Locals and visitors from across Sussex County are welcome.
