Anastasi Development Company

Anastasi Development Company is a homebuilder that has been building homes since 1962, now in its third generation of the Anastasi family. The company works mainly on infill projects in coastal communities across California, from San Luis Obispo to San Diego, and says it has delivered more than 50 communities. Its portfolio includes active adult neighborhoods, single-family homes and condominiums, with recent projects such as the North Pointe townhomes in North Torrance.

The company's office is in Redondo Beach, and it describes itself as the largest homebuilder in the Los Angeles South Bay area. Buyers can reach the office by phone or email through the contact page. Its featured communities each have their own neighborhood websites with more details on floor plans and location.
