Spark Pizza

Spark Pizza is a casual wood-fired pizzeria known for thin, airy pies with a Neapolitan-leaning crust and New York-style options. The menu features locally sourced toppings, including fresh mozzarella, wild mushrooms and produce from nearby farms, along with beer, wine and cocktails. Spark has been recognized several times on 50 Top Pizza's list of the best pizzerias in the U.S.

The patio is covered and heated and dogs are welcome there, so it works well for a relaxed meal outdoors. Takeout and delivery are available, and the restaurant offers gift cards. Happy hour runs most afternoons and includes dine-in food and drinks. Tony and Carolyn Scott own the restaurant, which sits on 164th Avenue NE in Redmond.
