Property management in Redmond

Property management companies look after rental homes and buildings for owners who would rather not handle the daily work themselves. Common services include finding and screening tenants, listing units, collecting rent, handling maintenance requests, and managing homeowners association duties. Some firms focus on residential rentals, while others also manage HOA boards and common areas, so the right fit depends on what you own and what you need done. Before you sign, ask how they screen applicants, what fees they charge for leasing and maintenance, and who answers calls after hours. Check whether they are licensed with the Oregon Real Estate Agency and ask for references from other owners in Redmond. Contact firms early, since a good management company is easiest to arrange before a unit sits empty.
