PRECISION IN MOVEMENT

Precision In Movement is a physical therapy clinic in Redlands that treats back and neck pain, shoulder and knee problems, sports and running injuries, and recovery after surgery. Its therapists use gait and balance analysis and strength assessments to plan treatment, and the clinic also offers aquatic therapy, laser therapy, and sports performance testing alongside hands-on manual therapy.

New patients start with a consultation where the team reviews symptoms, medical history, and any health restrictions before building a plan. Dr. Peter Lingas, the owner and president, leads a team of doctors of physical therapy. The clinic also has a second location in Banning, which is by appointment only on weekdays. The Redlands office is open weekdays, closes early on Fridays, and is closed on weekends.
