Private Buyer Cali Homes buys houses in California for cash, in any condition, and takes on properties that are hard to sell the traditional way, including inherited homes, distressed properties, pre-foreclosures, rentals with tenants, apartment buildings and mobile homes. The company says it handles repairs and contractors after closing, so sellers do not have to fix anything before selling.

The offer is free and comes with no obligation. The company visits the property to assess it and then makes a cash offer, and it says it can close in as little as 7 to 14 days or on the seller's schedule. Pavel answers the phone number listed here and is the person to call for an offer. Named cities in the service area include Redlands, Ontario, Riverside, Fontana and Yucaipa.
