Renters HQ

Renters HQ is a residential property management company that looks after rental homes for owners in the Redding area and Shasta County. Its full service package covers showing units and screening applicants, collecting rent and deposits, sending monthly statements for each unit, handling maintenance calls and repairs, advertising vacancies, and handling legal notices. Owners and renters can both get help through the company.

Owners can call to ask about management rates. The company also lists rental properties online and has a tenant portal for paying rent and submitting requests. Its office is at 1560 Hartnell Ave. in Redding, and clients often mention the staff's quick responses on maintenance calls.
