Ikon Coaching

Ikon Coaching is an executive coaching practice that works with founders, executives and business owners who want to scale what they have built, lead through transition or make a larger impact. The coaches focus on the motivations and beliefs behind a leader's goals, and offer one-on-one coaching as well as cohort groups where peers pursue professional development together.

New clients start with a free introductory meeting, then identify the results they want before beginning the work. The team includes founder Kirk Wayman and coaches Scott Pewitt and Mitch Santala, who bring backgrounds in construction, nonprofit leadership and entrepreneurship. The firm is based at 890 Cypress Avenue in Redding, California.
