Scrubby's Craft Brewery & Taphouse

Scrubby's Craft Brewery & Taphouse is a taproom inside the Red Lion Bowling Center, serving draft beer alongside a snack bar that makes wings and hand-cut fries. Friday afternoons are the time to come for $1 chicken wings, with free fries on orders of 12 wings. Many visitors are bowlers, but plenty come just for a pint and a plate of wings.

Guests can also bowl at the lanes next door, renting shoes and picking up a ball at the desk. Use the Martin Street entrance to reach the taproom without passing through the bowling area. There is no credit card transaction fee, and the taproom can open early for special events, office happy hours and large groups if you ask ahead. Pint glass trade-in days let you donate a beer, bar or sports pint glass for a $3 fill, and the taproom keeps the glass.
