Restorative Bodywork

Restorative Bodywork is a female-owned massage therapy practice with an anatomy-driven approach to chronic pain, joint stiffness and stress. Sessions range from relaxation and prenatal massage to deep tissue, integrative, scar tissue and hot stone work, and the practice also offers manual lymphatic drainage. Infrared sauna sessions are available by the 15 or 30 minute.

Massage sessions are offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute lengths, and hot stone massage needs advance notice because the stones take about two hours to heat. Add-ons such as aromatherapy and a scalp and sinus treatment can be added to a session. Practitioners are fully licensed and insured through Pennsylvania and complete continuing education each year. The practice is in Dallastown and also serves nearby York, Red Lion, Yoe and Spry.
