Mayer Builders

Mayer Builders is a family-owned general contractor that handles new homes, renovations, additions and commercial projects, from framing through fine finish carpentry. Recent work includes a lake house renovation on Sebago Lake taken down to the studs, a pool room addition built around an endless pool, and a custom ranch with a daylight basement. Greg Mayer founded the company and still spends most days onsite overseeing his crew.

Greg handles scheduling, client meetings and estimating, while his son Sam manages the crew onsite and covers the bookkeeping and marketing. The company is based in Gray and takes on projects across Southern Maine and the Lakes Region.
