Terrace Electric LLC

Terrace Electric is a commercial and residential electrical contractor serving the Raleigh area. The company handles tenant up-fits, restaurant and bar work, office build-outs, generator installation and maintenance, and smoke and fire detector work, along with troubleshooting and service upgrades. Owner Andrew Rubin, a licensed master electrician, founded the firm in New Jersey in 1995 and moved it to North Carolina in 2015.

Homeowners can call for kitchen and bath renovations, hot tub and pool wiring, and new light fixtures, while larger commercial jobs are coordinated directly with general contractors and project managers. Free estimates are offered, and 24-hour emergency service is available. The firm offers a 10-year warranty on labor and one year on materials. Phone is the easiest way to reach the office.
