Synaptiq Psychiatry

Synaptiq Psychiatry is an interventional psychiatry practice focused on depression and related conditions, especially when earlier treatments have not brought enough relief. Care is led by a board-certified psychiatrist and covers medication management, psychotherapy, ketamine therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). The practice also works with patients who have PTSD, ADHD and treatment-resistant symptoms.

Much of the care is delivered by telepsychiatry, and mobile TMS brings treatment to patients in a dedicated treatment vehicle, reducing travel and missed work. Appointments are offered beyond the standard workweek, including weekends. The practice is private-pay and out-of-network, so it does not bill commercial insurance on your behalf, but it provides superbills for reimbursement. The office is in Raleigh.
