Phoenix Tattoo Studio

Phoenix Tattoo Studio is a tattoo shop run by artists Lacie Frain and Brian Harris, who have worked in Raleigh since 2005. The studio describes itself as clean, safe and friendly, and says it aims to do careful work and treat every client with kindness and respect. Large pieces need advance planning.

Since 2020 the studio works by appointment only and does not take walk-ins. To book, email the artist you want directly, since the studio no longer lists a phone number; general questions go to the shop email. A deposit is required for every appointment. The shop is on the second floor of its building, and the property has free parking in a private lot.
