Contemporary Landscaping

Contemporary Landscaping is a landscaping company run by a husband and wife team who started the business eighteen years ago. The firm handles design, installation, restoration and ongoing maintenance for residential and commercial landscapes, with a focus on sustainable practices, soil health and plant nutrition. Its designers consider water conservation and rain harvesting, and they aim to reuse materials generated on site to cut down on outside inputs.

The company works across the Puget Sound region from its base near Olympia and serves areas including Seattle, Tacoma and Lakewood. Follow-up maintenance and restoration of existing landscapes are part of the regular work. The business is fully bonded, licensed and insured.
