Sterling Law

Sterling Law is a Washington law practice led by owner Donna Person Smith, with services in family law, criminal defense including DUI, and wills and estates. The firm has practiced in Washington since 1994, and Ms. Person Smith previously served as the Auburn Public Defender from 1999 to 2005. Past clients describe the team as patient, knowledgeable and supportive through difficult family matters.

Consultations are scheduled by phone or through a contact form. Since recent changes, many appointments are held by phone or Skype when possible. The Puyallup office is on the South Hill, next to Costco, and the firm also keeps a Tacoma office. Clients from Thurston County have worked with the firm on family cases.
