EverHeat Solutions

EverHeat Solutions is an HVAC contractor that installs and replaces heat pumps, furnaces, central air conditioning and ductless mini-split systems, and also handles repairs and routine maintenance on the equipment it installs. The company says it puts a published price list and an itemized quote in front of customers before any work starts, and it pulls city permits and handles the paperwork.

Service starts with a free in-home assessment, where the crew measures the space, checks the existing system and electrical needs, and talks through options. Crews work across King, Pierce, Snohomish and Kitsap counties and are based in Edgewood, about 30 minutes from Seattle and Tacoma. The company is licensed, bonded and insured with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, and lists a warranty of up to 20 years on heat pump installs.
