DeTray's Custom Housing

DeTray's Custom Housing sells manufactured and modular homes, including single-section, double-section and triple-section floor plans, with models that range from vacation homes and retirement spaces to accessory dwelling units and primary residences. The company also handles replacing older mobile homes with newer ones, and its site lists over 100 customizable floor plans, with Skyline and Kit as manufacturers.

Buyers can view fully furnished model homes on display, and the company works with FHA and conventional financing programs through a network of lenders who specialize in manufactured home loans. Homes can be installed on private sites or in planned communities, and the company says it can deliver anywhere in Washington. Base prices start around $80,000 for a single-wide, and the company says standard setup and delivery are included for sites within 75 miles of its sales center.
