Pokeworks is a fast-casual poke chain that builds bowls, burritos and hot plates around fresh ahi tuna, salmon, shrimp and lobster surimi, plus tofu and chicken options. Its signature works include the Spicy Ahi and Dynamite Lobster Bowl, and the menu leans on sauces such as ponzu, sriracha aioli and sweet shoyu.
